  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) is a therapeutic modality for trauma and attachment issues. SP welcomes the body as an integral source of information which can guide resourcing and the accessing and processing of challenging, traumatic, and developmental experience. SP is a holistic approach that includes somatic, emotional, and cognitive processing and integration.

  • RO-DBT is a treatment which targets a spectrum of disorders characterised by excessive inhibitory control or over control (OC). It used treating clients with such chronic problems as refractory depression, anorexia nervosa, social anxiety, perfectionism, and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder.

  • Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is especially effective for people who have difficulty managing and regulating their emotions. DBT has proven to be effective for treating and managing a wide range of mental health conditions, including: BPD, self harm, PTSD, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety.
